Angling Report for 30th July 2026.

Regular anglers Andy and Peter are no strangers to the waters around Longford and Roscommon. They were here once again for their annual trip to Ireland and Melview Fishing Lodge. On arrival, it was a quick talk with the guys to come up with a plan to get some fishing done while tackling the hot times of the day. It was decided that fishing would start at 04:00 and end at midday when the temperatures really started to go up. Everything went to plan with some great catches of bream, tench, hybrids along with some lovely big roach. Well done guys, see you next year.
