Nigel Barnes from Preston who is a regular visitor to Ireland was once again over to stay with Kevin and Jane from Melview Lodge in Longford, the week started well for Nigel after a prebaiting spell the night before. Fishing the same venue for a couple of days saw him catch a number of Bream to 4lb 10oz, He fished the feeder at 45 yards using a number of different cocktails. The last day saw him catch a cracking net of Hybrids and Roach along with a few bonus Tench, Nigel said it was a bite a cast and catching some Tench during the session was the perfect end to my weeks holiday, see you in October.
