Chris Pender and Gerry Farrell show a couple of Bream from their catch.

Angling Reports - 17 July 2010

Gerry Farrell and friend Chris Pender from Athy, County Kildare had another try for the Bream and Tench up in the midlands, guided by their hosts Kevin and Jane Lyons of Melview Lodge Guest House in Longford. On their arrival it was off to the venues to have a look. Later it was decided to pre-bait two swims, one for Gerry & Chris and the other for Kevin. On arrival at 4.00am it was encouraging to observe and hear fish turning and crashing around. The first day produced a few Tench, Hybrids, Skimmers and some nice Rudd.
