Jean-Pierre Vandevoorde and son Nick and friend Jose travelled from Belgium last week for their second visit to Melview Lodge. Jean-Pierre was interested in targeting Pike while Nick and Jose were interested in some Coarse and Pike fishing. Kevin commented that the weather was still a little cold for the coarse fishing with only a few Roach showing so it was decided that Pike fishing was the best choice on this occasion. At time of writing the group are still fishing and have a further four days to go. They have caught 46 Pike to 8 kilo so far.
